Nick Hamwee joined Quaero Capital LLP in 2013.

Nick Hamwee began his career in 1986 as a US Equity Analyst at Capel-Cure Myers.

In 1990 he joined Lombard Odier where he managed a broad mandate of US Equity Portfolios, and as Head of US Equities had primary responsibility for all US institutional equity portfolio management across the group. Through that period Nick delivered a five year audited top-decile return.

In 1995 Nick joined Sanford Bernstein & Co in New York, from where he developed relationships with many of the leading UK & European financial institutions and significantly built up the firm’s equity franchise in Europe.

He returned to London in 1998 to join Credit Suisse First Boston with a similar mandate, becoming co-Head of CSFB’s USD 250m US Cash Equity Business in Europe. During his stewardship CSFB gained significant European market share, establishing itself firmly and consistently in the top three US Investment Bank franchises in Europe.

Nick left CSFB in 2005 and has subsequently pursued his own entrepreneurial business and investment interests.

Stéphane de Buhren joined in January 2016 as a Deputy Director General  for Quaero Capital (France) SAS. He is in charge of sales and development.

Stéphane de Buhren started his career in 2000 with Aurel Leven, a Paris based specialist broker for small and mid-French equities. After a year he joined Fortis Securities to help develop the small & midcap European Equities department dedicated to institutions. In 2005 he was hired by Montpensier Finance – a French Asset Management Company- where he was responsible for sales to large institutions as well as business diversification.

Back in 2007 Stéphane had the opportunity to be closely involved with French AM Tocqueville Finance where he was Managing Director in charge of its Private Banking Department. After Tocqueville’s sale in 2010 Stéphane returned to Montpensier Finance as a Managing Director responsible for large investors, notably Institutions as well as family offices. He also acted as an advisor to a dedicated small and midcap fund managed by Montpensier.

Stephane studied economics in France at l’Institut Supérieur de Gestion.

Dominique Dubois joined Quaero Capital (Luxembourg) SA in 2017 as Managing Director.

Dominique has more than 25 years of experience in the Luxembourg investment fund industry. He began his career in the investment fund department of Banque Indosuez Luxembourg in 1991.

In 1993, Dominique joined Banque Privée Edmond de Rothschild Europe in Luxembourg (BPERE) where he worked successively in the accounting, marketing and business development departments of the investment funds division. He held this last position for more than 16 years and was in charge of promoting custodian bank and investment fund administration activities to BPERE’s third-party institutional clients in Benelux, France, Switzerland, Germany, Eastern Europe and Southeast Asia. Under his leadership, BPERE became one of the leading banks for third-party fund administration in the Luxembourg financial centre.

In 2014, he joined Banque Degroof Petercam Luxembourg with responsibility for developing the activities of custodian bank, fund administration and management companies of third-party funds for institutional clients mainly based in Benelux, Switzerland, the United Kingdom and Spain.

He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Economics with a specialisation in accounting and business management from the Haute Ecole de Namur-Liège-Luxembourg (Belgium).

Claudia Eftimie ist seit 2022 bei Quaero Capital SA als Business Developer für die Deutschschweiz tätig.

Claudia Eftimie verfügt über fast 30 Jahre Erfahrung an den Finanzmärkten und 18 Jahre im Fondsvertrieb. Nach einer Karriere als Investmentanalystin bei Lombard Odier und Julius Baer kam sie 2004 zur Group Syz, wo sie zum Wachstum der Oyster-Fondspalette in verschiedenen Märkten beitrug. Auf dem deutschsprachigen Markt hatte Claudia zahlreiche Führungspositionen bei Syz, Bellevue Asset Management, Decalia, Kieger und ODDO BHF inne. Sie hat ein sehr starkes Kundennetzwerk aufgebaut und verfügt über eine solide Erfahrung im Fondsvertrieb.

Claudia hat einen Master-Abschluss in Wirtschaftswissenschaften von der Hochschule St. Gallen. Sie ist Chartered Financial Analyst und besitzt einen CAS in Nachhaltigkeit der Universität Zürich.

Charles Omonua joined Quaero Capital in June 2023 as Head of Business Development in the UK.

Charles began his career as a fund analyst in 2001 with Coutts & Co, the renowned private bank and wealth manager.

In 2007, he joined Fiera Capital on the sales side targeting UK prospects and clients with the primary responsibility of growing the emerging market business.

Following that he has held senior positions at Ardenton Capital, a private equity business and most recently a UK asset manager.

Charles holds a BSc degree in Business Management from King’s College London.

Hélène-Charlotte Pisarska joined Quaero Capital France SAS in January 2022 as business developer for France.

She started her career in 2011 as a RCCI assistant at Swan Capital Management, before moving into business development at BNP Paribas Cardif and then First Finance. In 2014, she joined Montpensier Finance in the Major Investors department to develop the distribution networks in France. From the end of 2017 to April 2019, she joined La Financière de l’Echiquier as a Manager of Partner Relations for fund managers and IFAs.

Since April 2019, she has been Sales Manager for France at ELEVA Capital, where she developed the marketing and promotion of funds to multi-managers and the retail market.

Hélène-Charlotte graduated with honours with a Masters 2 in Banking Finance and Insurance from the University of Paris 1 Panthéon Sorbonne – formerly headed up by Christian de Boissieu. She also holds an AMF certificate for market operators.

Michel Reboh joinded Quaero Capital SA in 2022 as Head of business development for Ticino and Italy.

Michel Reboh started his career at SYZ Asset Management Group in 2000, where he held various positions of responsibilities in the sales department, initially as Head of business development for Italy and Ticino then later for the French speaking part of Switzerland. He was also Head of sales for Southern Europe and Deputy Head of sales for Europe.

Hélène Reichardt joined Quaero Capital SA in February 2017 as business developer for the French speaking part of Switzerland.

Hélène Reichardt has an extensive experience in institutional business development. She started her career at BNP Paribas in 1998, as pan-European equity sales to German institutional clients, then joined CSFB in 2000 with a similar mandate.

In 2002, she joined Saxo Bank in Copenhagen as business developer for French-speaking countries, in charge for white label partnerships for the Saxo trading platform with French, Swiss and Belgian financial institutions.

Hélène Reichardt joined SYZ Asset Management in 2004, where she was in charge of the institutional business development in Germany and then head of business development for the French speaking part of Switzerland.
