Sébastien Bourget joined Quaero Capital SA in 2014 as Head of Non-Listed Infrastructure Investment and Managing Partner.

Previously, he worked at Edmond de Rothschild in the infrastructure and project finance advisory department.

He has extensive experience of infrastructure financing. He has completed transactions in a variety of sectors, including renewable energy, telecoms, transport, social infrastructure, water and the environment.

Sébastien Bourget holds a Master 2 in private law (person and law) from the University of Paris I – Sorbonne and the Ecole des Hautes Etudes en Sciences Sociales, a Master 2 in project finance from the Ecole Nationale des Ponts et Chaussées and the University of Paris X. He also holds a Master’s degree in management from Neoma (Rouen).

Yann Benharouch joined Quaero Capital SA in 2014 as Investment Director for Quaero European Infrastructure Fund.

He previously worked at Edmond de Rothschild since 2009 within the infrastructure and project finance advisory team. As such he was involved in the financial structuring of landmark infrastructure transactions in areas such as railways, motorways, social, utilities & renewables. Yann had previous work experiences within the rates derivatives desk at HSBC Corporate & Investment Banking.

Yann is an engineer from the Ecole Nationale des Ponts et Chaussées, holds a MSc specialized in mathematics and financial markets from the University of Paris IX – Dauphine and a MSc specialized in project finance from the Ecole Nationale des Ponts et Chaussées and the University of Paris X.

Antoine Turrettini joined Quaero Capital SA in 2014 as Investment Director for Quaero European Infrastructure Fund.

Previously, he worked at Edmond de Rothschild within the infrastructure and project finance advisory department. He was notably involved in the financial structuring of landmark infrastructure transactions in areas such as railways, motorways, social, utilities & renewables mainly in Europe.

Before joining the infrastructure team in 2008, he had an experience within the Corporate Finance department of Edmond de Rothschild in London focusing on M&A transactions. He also had a work experience at Orbis Investment Advisory in London.

Antoine is a graduate from the European Business School London in International Business with major in Finance.

Elsa López Formoso joined Quaero Capital (Luxembourg) SA in 2022 as an Investment Director for Quaero European Infrastructure Funds.

She previously worked for more than 6 years as a Senior Loan Officer at the European Investment Bank where she was in charge of innovative projects in the infra (“clean transport”) and renewable energy sectors. Prior to that, she worked for over 10 years at Banco Santander in the Project, Acquisition & Structured Finance team in Europe and Latin America.

Elsa graduated in Law and HEC from Universidad Potificia Comillas-ICADE in Madrid.

Robert Abboud joined Quaero Capital SA in 2019 and is Investment Associate for Quaero European Infrastructure Funds.

Previously, he gained experience at a Swiss construction company and a European Infrastructure Fund.

Robert is an Engineer from the Ecole Polytechnique Fédérale de Lausanne (EPFL) and he holds a MSc specialized in project finance from the Ecole Nationale des Ponts et Chaussées.

Guillaume Chatein joined Quaero Capital SA in 2017 as an Investment Manager for Quaero European Infrastructure Funds.

He previously worked at VINCI within the airport concessions department. As such, he notably participated to several public tenders and acquisitions in France and abroad. Guillaume Chatein had previous experiences at Ardian in the infrastructure team, at Bpifrance and at CM-CIC Investissement.

Guillaume has a MSc specialized in Project Finance from the Ecole Nationale des Ponts et Chaussées and the University of Paris X, and a MSc in bank and finance from the University Paris I Pantheon-Sorbonne.

Camille joined Quaero Capital SA in August 2023 as Investment Associate for Quaero European Infrastructure Funds.

She previously worked at BNP Paribas for 6 years as Analyst and then Associate in the Project Finance team based in Paris.

Camille is a Civil Engineer from ESTP Paris and she holds a MSc in Management from Emlyon Business School.

Robin Kempczynski joined Quaero Capital SA in 2018 and is Investment Manager for Quaero European Investment Funds.

Previously, he worked for management and strategy consulting companies in Paris where he contributed to international tenders for transport network operations, notably alongside RATP Dev. He also contributed to several studies for the transportation industry.

Robin graduated from Ecole Nationale des Ponts et Chaussées with a specialisation in project finance, from the Economics, management and finance department.

Boutros Khalil joined Quaero Capital SA in January 2023 as Investment Associate for Quaero European Investment Funds.

Previously, he worked as an Investment Analyst at Colas : preparing bids, managing financial working groups, and assisting SPVs within Colas’ portfolio.

He began his career as a structural engineer at SNCF and setec tpi, designing and performing works follow-up for bridges, high-rise and industrial buildings.

Boutros graduated from the Ecole Nationale des Ponts et Chaussées with a specialisation in civil engineering. He holds a MSc specialized in project finance from the University of Nanterre (Paris 10).

Mayeul de Margerie joined Quaero Capital SA in September 2019 as an Investment Manager for Quaero European Infrastructure Funds.

He previously worked at AXA Investment Managers – Real Assets since 2014 within the infrastructure finance team, based in Paris and London. He notably led deal teams allowing the provision of direct financings to ca. 20 infrastructure assets across Europe. This translated into a growth in assets under management by more than two billion euros. He also actively contributed to the management of funds and separately managed accounts for European institutional investors.

Prior to AXA Investment Managers – Real Assets, Mayeul worked in the project finance team of EY Advisory in Paris. As such he was involved in the financial structuring of several social and transportation projects, as advisor to private consortia or public bodies.

Mayeul is an engineer from the Ecole Centrale de Lille (France).

Marcel Perret-Gentil joined Quaero Capital SA in March 2021 as Investment Associate for Quaero European infrastructure funds.

He worked at Axione (Subsidiary of the Bouygues group, specialised in telecoms infrastructures) since 2018 within the Concessions Department, where he was responsible for the Financial Analysis division. He notably participated in telecom tender offers and their financing, refinancing of existing projects and asset financial monitoring for Investors and Banks.

Previously, he worked in EDF’s International Department as an Investment Analyst, where he was able to participate in M&A and GreenField Project Financing operations.

He began his career as an R&D Engineer in the Energy and Processes Department of Armines, focusing on energy performance research projects.

Marcel is a Mechanical Engineer graduated from the Universidad Simón Bolívar with a specialization in Energy and Processes from INSA Lyon as well as an MSc. Finance of Grenoble Ecole de Management.

Jonathan Spencer joined Quaero Capital SA in 2018 as an Investment Manager for Quaero European Infrastructure Fund.

He has over 10 years’ experience in infrastructure and project finance having previously worked in the M&A team at EY London and KPMG Geneva as well as being seconded to 2 infrastructure funds.

He has been involved in transactions in the areas of onshore and offshore wind, solar, biomass as well as transport infrastructure.

Jonathan holds a Master of Engineering from Imperial College London. He is also a Certified Valuation Analyst from European Association of Certified Valuators and Analysts.
